Delete your WEARiT account

You can delete your WEARiT account and associated personal data directly inside the WEARiT app. If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing admin@vozragroup.com .

Delete your account in the WEARiT app

You can submit an account deletion request directly inside the WEARiT app while signed in.

  1. Open the WEARiT app.
  2. Select Me from the bottom menu.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the account page.
  4. Select Delete My Account & Data.
  5. Read the account deletion warning.
  6. Confirm that you want to delete your account and data.

After your deletion request is submitted, you will be signed out of the app while the request is reviewed and processed.

Request account deletion by email

If you cannot sign in to the WEARiT app, send your account deletion request to:

admin@vozragroup.com

Send the request from the email address connected to your WEARiT account whenever possible.

Use the email subject: WEARiT Account Deletion Request

Include your WEARiT account email address in the message so that we can locate and verify your account.

What happens after you submit a request

We may contact you using the email address associated with your WEARiT account to verify that you are the account owner.

Account deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days after successful verification.

A longer period may occasionally be required for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment, audit or dispute resolution purposes.

Information that may be deleted

Once your account deletion request has been verified and completed, the following information associated with your WEARiT account may be permanently deleted:

  • Your WEARiT user account and profile.
  • Your name, email address, gender selection and profile information.
  • Wardrobe images and clothing information connected to your account.
  • Uploaded photographs, person images or model images.
  • Generated virtual Try-On images or videos where deletion is technically available.
  • Saved outfits, favourites, preferences and account settings.
  • Other personal data directly associated with your WEARiT account.

Information that may be retained

Certain records may be retained where reasonably necessary or required by law. These records may include:

  • Purchase and subscription records.
  • Credit transaction history.
  • Apple App Store transaction references.
  • Google Play transaction references.
  • Fraud prevention and security records.
  • Customer support communications.
  • Legal, accounting and audit records.
  • Information required to resolve disputes, prevent abuse or comply with legal obligations.

Any information that must be retained will only be kept for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it is retained.

Before deleting your account

Account deletion is permanent. After deletion is completed, you may lose access to your wardrobe, uploaded images, generated Try-On results, saved outfits, preferences, account history and unused credits.

Please save any information or images you wish to keep before submitting your account deletion request.

Subscriptions and future payments

Deleting your WEARiT account does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased through Google Play or Apple App Store.

To avoid future renewal charges, cancel your subscription separately through your Google Play or Apple App Store subscription settings before deleting your account.
