WEARiT is operated by VOZRA Ltd. References to “WEARiT”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean the WEARiT app, website and related services.

2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use WEARiT, we may collect or process:
- Account information such as email address, user ID and authentication status.
- Wardrobe photos, clothing images, clothing categories, colours, occasions, style notes and metadata.
- Uploaded person/model images used for virtual Try-On features.
- Generated Try-On images, Try-On videos and related result URLs.
- Subscription, entitlement, plan, purchase and credit transaction data.
- Optional weather, location or destination-city information when you use weather-aware styling.
- Device, diagnostic and usage information needed to keep the app reliable and secure.
- Support messages and deletion/privacy requests that you send to us.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and improve WEARiT, including to:
- Create and manage your account.
- Organise your digital wardrobe.
- Generate outfit suggestions and wardrobe insights.
- Provide virtual Try-On image and video features.
- Apply weather-aware styling suggestions.
- Process subscription status, credits and restore purchase requests.
- Provide support, safety, security, fraud prevention and debugging.
- Meet legal, tax, accounting and app store compliance duties.
4. Service providers and processing
WEARiT uses trusted service providers to run the app. These may include Supabase for authentication, database and storage; RevenueCat for subscriptions and entitlement management; payment processing through Apple App Store or Google Play; and AI processing providers for clothing analysis, Try-On image generation, video animation and outfit recommendation features.
We only send the information needed to provide the requested feature. For example, a Try-On request may require image processing by an AI provider, while a subscription request requires entitlement data through RevenueCat and the relevant app store.
5. Storage, security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, including access controls and encrypted connections where supported by our infrastructure providers.
We keep account and wardrobe data while your account is active. Generated images/videos and logs may be kept for service delivery, user access, debugging, abuse prevention or legal reasons. Purchase, credit and transaction records may be retained where needed for audit, tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling or app store compliance.
7. Your rights and choices
You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data. You can also request account deletion through the app or the account deletion page.
To make a request, email support@vozragroup.com from the email address linked to your WEARiT account.
8. Children
WEARiT is not designed for children. Users should only use the app if they are old enough to create an account and make purchases under the rules of their app store, country and household.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as WEARiT develops. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
Shopping Suggestions and Affiliate Links
WEARiT may show shopping suggestions based on wardrobe gaps, style preferences, weather needs, selected occasions, and clothing categories in your wardrobe. Some links may be affiliate links, meaning WEARiT may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
These suggestions are intended to help you complete missing wardrobe items. We do not sell your personal wardrobe photos to retailers.
